RATES
OUR LABOR RATES
-Our labor rate is $145 per hour for all labor.
-Diagnostic time is generally one hour, although more complex issues could result in additional diagnostic costs.
-Parts and labor to install will be additional charge.
-Ohio state sales tax is collected at 7.25%.
-A Credit Card processing fee of 4% applies to all jobs. We do offer payment apps at not charge.
TRIP FEES
- We charge a trip fee for our trip to you. The rate is $3.00 per mile and we only charge for the trip to you and not the return trip. We use Google Maps for the mileage calculations from Croton, Ohio.
-Ohio state sales tax is collected at 7.25%.

WE DO NOT PROCESS RV FACTORY WARRANTIES
We are NOT able to process RV factory warranties at this time.
*Customer is responsible for payment for all work at time of service and will be given documentation to submit for reimbursement from your RV manufacturer.
